O antigo dono não conseguiu transferi-la para meu nome e acabou por pegá-la de volta, em troca me passou uma Sahara 96 (bem conservada!) mais a diferença. Felizmente ele concordou em pagar-me tudo o que eu gastei na moto. Vou ficar com saudade, mas fazer o quê? Mais pra frente quando Deus der bom tempo arranjo outra coisa pra brincar. Faz muito tempo que não posto aqui, o principal motivo é que não tenho feito muita coisa mesmo devia às aulas na faculdade, então essa reforma acaba ficando em segundo plano. Quando fui pegar ele o cara tava até animado pq segundo ele gostou de fazer o serviço no cabeçote. Sempre consultando o manuale de peças e serviços e o site &lt;a href="http://www.motos.pro.br/"&gt;www.motos.pro.br&lt;/a&gt; e o fórum &lt;a href="http://www.cbbrasil.com.br/"&gt;www.cbbrasil.com.br &lt;/a&gt;para tirar as dúvidas na hora de montar as peças novamente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_Gyz4GOtALP8/Sefcdc9On-I/AAAAAAAAASw/wiNqZqknG7Q/s1600-h/imagem09.jpg"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ainda no que diz respeita à preparação, será usada a carburação da CB 500 eo comando de válvulas instalado é o da 450, que preoporciona um tempo maior de abertura das válvulas. Eu ia comprar um comando dimensionado para colocar nesse motor, porém ele custa 600 reais, enquanto o da 450 me custou 70 reais. Porém não achei do modelo original, porém esse novo com fundo preto tbm é muito bonito. Terei que usinar uns pistões pra colocar no lugar dos originais só pra proteger do jato de areia e tinta, e tampar todos os orifícios com parafusos. Então peguei o eixo de um câmbio completo que tive que comprar e substituí. Só não coloquei as faixas ainda pq o cara que faz adesivagem que eu conheço aqui me disse que é mais seguro depois da moto pronta, pra evitar desalinhamento da faixa de uma peça em relação a outra. Essa semana comecei a desmontar o motor, algumas peças de reposição (banco, par de buzinas, juntas e descanso lateral) chegaram aqui em casa e já tenho os &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;semi&lt;/span&gt;-&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;guidãos&lt;/span&gt;, irei utilizar os da &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;CBR&lt;/span&gt;450 de alumínio, muito bonitos e um pouco mais altos que alguns que encontrei à venda. Em breve novas surpresas, principalmente no que se refere ao motor. Não aguentei ter que abri-lo sem dar uma &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;mexidinha&lt;/span&gt; de leve...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Os &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;posts&lt;/span&gt; E ontem eu busquei o quadro com enchimento de solda na chapa de fixação do descanso lateral e o paralama traseiro ressoldado, e que diferença... por ser feito de uma chapa muito fina foi soldado com TIG, o chassi foi preenchido com MIG. Não teno idéia do preço ainda pq o soldador me conhece desde moleque, e qdo eu perguntei qto ele desconversou. Pois bem, resolvi desmontar as bengalas pra polir os copos enquanto num entra uma grana pra ir dando continuidade no projeto e o cambio novo num chega. Tô postando pra vcs todo o processo de desmontagem da bengala da CB, deve servir pra maioria das motos, já que naum muda muita coisa do sistema de uma pra outra.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Primeiro de tudo, aconselho a fazer isso com as bengalas ainda montadas na moto, mas como já havia desmontado tudo, o jeito foi improvisar mesmo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O primeiro parafuso a ser solto é esse aí da foto, fica em baixo da bengala. Se não me engano usa uma allen 6. Já faz muitos dias que mandei as peças para pintura, porém nós não achamos a cor original. O jeito foi escolher no catálogo. Depois de olhar várias tonalidades diferentes pra motos Honda, escolhi una cor que saiu na 450 DX de 89 a 91, muito bonita por sinal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E mais um trabalho que apareceu. Depois de desmontá-la, percebi que o descanso lateral, durante quase trinta anos raspando na chapa onde é fixado, fez um desgaste bem acentuado na mesma. Pra começar, um parafuso allen que não era original e estava muito apertado fez o favor de estragar a ponta da minha chave, que era de camelô, então saí pra comprar outra perto de casa mas só achei o jogo completo feito na China, pelo menos tirou o parafuso do lugar. A única coisa que me atrapalhou mesmo foi tirar o cavalete, porque precisei ir no serralheiro ver se arranjava um pedaço de tarugo pra sacar o eixo do lugar. Hoje descobri que o pinhão é soldado no eixo, além de vários parafusos desiguais e as borboletas do afogador que não se fechavam quando acionadas. A questão é o uso do cerol em linhas de pipa. Essa campanha é antiga, há uma comunidade no Orkut e talz (&lt;a href="http://www.orkut.com.br/Main#Community.aspx?cmm=9391996"&gt;http://www.orkut.com.br/Main#Community.aspx?cmm=9391996&lt;/a&gt;), só que os chamados 'pipeiros', ainda insistem em defender seu uso, desenvolvendo variações ainda mais perigosas, como por exemplo a 'linha chilena', que é ensinada a fazer em comunidades e fóruns na internet e tbm vendida em algumas lojas destinadas a esses artigos. As única proteções que os motociclistas têm são a famosa antena e Deus, mas como a antena deixa a moto menos bonita, muitos não a utilizam, que é o meu caso, apelando apenas para a sorte e bom senso das pessoas que soltam pipa. O que mais me revolta é que quem mais insiste nesse 'esporte', são marmanjos com idade suficiente para serem detidos legalmente e também saber que essa prática pode ser prejudicial à vida alheia. Lembrando que empinar pipa com cerol é crime e dá cadeia. Infelizmente, a moto &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;tbm&lt;/span&gt; veio sem &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;rabeta&lt;/span&gt;, segundo o dono anterior, ele perdeu ao passar numa estrada bem esburacada. Dos acabamentos da marmita somente um sobrou, e veio montado do lado errado. O que me renderá a tarefa de instalar um novo, &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_32"&gt;pq&lt;/span&gt; quando se coloca ela sobre o descanso, parece que ela realmente vai cair! A lâmpada &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_38"&gt;tbm&lt;/span&gt; foi trocada por uma mais forte, tanto que a gambiarra na parte &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_39"&gt;elétrica&lt;/span&gt; é sem igual. É só &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_40"&gt;vc&lt;/span&gt; trocar o fusível principal que ela pega 'no botão', porém se &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_41"&gt;vc&lt;/span&gt; desligar a chave, mesmo com o motor parado, o fusível queima!!! Impressionante.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bem, isso é só para ter uma &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_42"&gt;idéia&lt;/span&gt; da longa jornada de paciência e esmero que tenho pela frente. Espero que o esforço valha a pena no final, &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_43"&gt;pq&lt;/span&gt; infelizmente, não é tão fácil encontrar uma &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_44"&gt;CB&lt;/span&gt; 400II bem cuidada à venda, ou mesmo ver uma passando pela rua. Por isso troquei minha &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_45"&gt;Twister&lt;/span&gt; pela &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_46"&gt;CB&lt;/span&gt;, a diferença principal, é que quando &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_47"&gt;vc&lt;/span&gt; pára com uma bela &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_48"&gt;CB&lt;/span&gt; em algum lugar, perguntam se &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_49"&gt;vc&lt;/span&gt; quer vender, se &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_50"&gt;vc&lt;/span&gt; pára com a &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_51"&gt;Twister&lt;/span&gt;, tentam te assaltar.
